Complete the online enrollment form and we will send the next steps for waiver paperwork and seat confirmation.

A sign-up becomes valid only after a signed waiver and recorded payment. Online payment through the website is not enabled yet.

1. Submit the form for the program and term you want.

2. The Kutak team sends you the waiver documents and payment instructions.

3. Your place is confirmed only after both the waiver and payment are recorded.
